When you subscribe to an online marketing plan, a client manager will contact you for an onboarding call.
By subscribing to an online marketing plan, you agree to being contacted via phone, email, or SMS to book quarterly assessments. You also agree to client managers contacting you to discuss and offer Telstra Website Services.
If your website is not hosted by Telstra, we may not be able to edit your website directly due to access restrictions. We’ll let you know if this may impact the services we provide before you subscribe to your plan.
If you cancel your online marketing plan, any remaining marketing budget will be spent within 30 days or across a period specified by you. No credits will be issued.
